• No credit card required.
• Shop with just your email address and mobile number.
• Pay for multiple purchases in one payment by the 10th of the following month.

**No installment fee for direct deposit and bank transfer only.
**Registration is required for the first use of 3 installments. Also, this service is available only when the amount spent per transaction is 3,000 yen or more.

Shipping and Handling Charges

Shipping companies: Japan Post (Yu-packet), Sagawa Express
Delivery time: Approximately 2 ~ 4 weeks after order is placed (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays)
Shipping cost: 400 yen per order (excluding Hokkaido, Okinawa, and remote islands)

Customers who purchase 10,000 yen or more in a single order will receive free shipping.

• Shipping to Hokkaido and Okinawa will be an additional 400 yen in addition to the standard shipping charge.
• For remote islands, a relay fee may be charged separately, in which case we will contact you before shipping.
• Please note that in some cases, the shipping carrier may be changed to an equivalent carrier without prior notice.
• Forwarding to an address different from your registered address may incur additional charges depending on the area.
• We do not ship overseas.

Cancellation Policy

Please note that we basically do not accept returns or cancellations for customer reasons after an order has been placed.

Conditions for Returns and Exchanges

If you contact us within 3 days of receipt of your order, we will exchange it for a new item only if it is initially defective or damaged.

We will pay for the return shipping costs due to initial defects or damage.

The sizes listed here are basically measurements on a flat surface, and there may be slight variations.
Overseas products are less strict than Japanese products, and their sewing and manufacturing may be more crude than Japanese products.
Depending on the monitor or display environment you are viewing, the actual product and color, texture, etc. may appear different.
